We are a team of craftsmen who take pride in our work and know that sometimes, even the best work breaks. That's why we sell every bag with the confidence that if something goes wrong, not only will our customers be able to understand our warranty, we will make it right.

What This Means

This means that if you're not satisfied with your bag, we'll buy it back from you. If your bag breaks because of the materials or workmanship, we'll fix it for free or replace it. If your bag isn't right for you after you purchase it, we'll buy it back and work to get you the right bag. We really will make it right.

If you do something silly like drop your bag into a swamp, leave it there for 3 years, then want a new one, well, you'll just have a stinky bag, but not a new one from us. If you drag your bag down the highway for five miles, your bag will have a lot of character, but you won't have a replacement bag from us. Our warranty doesn't mean that you can destroy your bag in attempt to get it replaced, we'll know the difference.

We understand that you want to feel confident in a product that you are buying. We feel the quality of our materials and our workmanship speaks for itself. Leather products are expected to be handled roughly and we anticipate that. This is why we build our products with full-grain leather and great materials. We reinforce them in the right places with the highest quality rivets and thread and use only the highest quality buckles and rings.

Many competitors use cheap snaps, rivets and zippers that will eventually break, we don't. They use cheap leather that's thin and tanned poorly, we don't. They use cheap thread that will fray and eventually come apart, we don't.

Our seasoned craftsmen hand-make our products, one piece at a time. This attention to detail ensures each item is crafted with an unparalleled concentration that no sweat shop worker or overworked factory employee can replicate. We take pride in each and every one of our products. Our craftsmen even put their mark on the inside of your bag so you know its genuine and unique, unless you ask us not to.
